As Jay and I rolled on to the Northway to help celebrate Justine and Ryan’s wedding day, I kept a close eye to the sky and asked the rain gods to spare us for the day. A few sprinkles on the way up, and it looked like we we’re going to be alright for an outdoor ceremony. The Lodge has a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake and it makes for a picture perfect ceremony right in the beautiful Adirondacks.
After meeting with Justine and talking with Ryan a bit, they are avid outdoor enthusiasts. Ryan, chipping away at almost half of the 46 highest peaks in the Adirondack Park. Justine, is certainly no stranger to the rugged trails of the Adirondacks, snowshoes, or carrying a heavy backpack. With that said, it only made sense for them to tie the knot right in the heart of the Adirondacks, and we couldn’t wait to share it with them!
You could not over look these details…
After a dry, sun-peeking, beautiful ceremony, officiated by a family member (Aunt), we we’re ready to go. DJ Jason S. fired up the music for introductions, and everyone came alive on this Sunday afternoon to welcome the bridal party.
I managed to catch a couple of these 2, during parent dances….
After Dinner, the Party Started! I had no shortage of candid photo booth moments….
….Jason S. was working his magic to try to get everyone out on the dance floor!
Let’s Cut that CAKE!!!!
We had a great time partying this these two. We shared so many laughs with their friends and family. We are sincerely grateful you allowed us to be a part of it. Jay and I wish you nothing but many many years of happiness and many miles of hiking trails in your future.
Congrats!
-ed & Jay S.
